Fran Cafe provides this renovated space on the edge of El Carmen where the owners have thought about every detail. Word is already out and throughout the day it's packed with people working on side hustles, collaborating on university projects or just enjoying the ambience. They keep a rotation of quality specialty coffees and a decent menu with everything homemade.
